Loft Conversion in Insch
As part of a phased project, this loft conversion to a single storey 2-bed bungalow, created an additional 30m2 within the existing loft space adding an extra 50% to the dwellings internal floor area. A master bedroom, family bathroom and study space on the stair landing were added using rooflights to create well-lit, spacious and comfortable spaces in a cost-effective way.
