The process of a project usually follows the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Plan of Work, which you can access here.  Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you may only require to engage the services of an architect for certain stages. 

Whether you require a full service (feasibility through to completion on site) or a limited service (e.g planning and /or warrant approval only) we would be delighted to talk it through and tailor the service to your exact needs.
