Architectural Models

Physical models allow the client to engage with the design of spaces in the most concrete manner.

Architectural Models

Architectural models are three dimensional models built from a variety of materials including card, wood and metals.  They can help clients, design team members and Planners to visualise the scope of the project, to understand how it will look and see the interaction of spaces, solids and voids.

Placed on a table, they promote interaction and the exchange of ideas around them.

Physical models may not be as prominent as computer generated 3D visualisations these days but are still important in the design process offering a tactile 'mass' which can be picked up, turned around and inspected from all angles.
