Feasibility studies
This is one of the services offered to explore how we can meet the client’s needs and aspirations. An analysis of all relevant factors is made in order to test the potentials of the site, initial spatial arrangement, any constraints, available building technologies, sustainability and the means of utilizing the budget to maximum effect.
Through an architectural feasibility study, clients can test the viability of the project before undertaking any real significant expense. Preliminary designs / sketches which incorporate the basic principles are then created in a simplified manner in order to keep costs low. These preliminary designs are used as the basis before detailed costly and complex drawings, surveys and accompanying reports are undertaken and can be used to discuss with the Local Planning Authority as a pre-application discussion.
